Visas are required by most foreigners entering mainland China. Organizer strongly suggest that exhibitors should transact visa in 1 month before your leave.


Invitation for Exhibitor

An official invitation letter by the trade fair organizers is required to apply for a business visa. Organizer will assist exhibitor in submitting application materials. Invitation letter will be prepared in 7 days and sent to exhibitor by fax or express. After obtaining the invitation letter, applicant should deliver passport (with a validity of more than 6 months), 1 passport photograph and application form filled in completely (obtained from Chinese Embassy) to Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
